I’m having a bit of a head ache trying to connect my Samsung S4 as a testing device as per the Video on a Windows 7 OS.

http://developer.android.com/tools/extras/oem-usb.html#Win7 – This does not apply as the SDK tools as per the Video does not have the correct files in. Also I learned that Samsung Devices need something else or some sort of manager “I think” to connect via USB.

I managed to enable Developer mode on the device. But after that I’m stuck.

Does anyone have any advice or possibly another computer based app of some soft I can use to run cocos on.
