Cocos2d-x + 'Loading screen'

    Problem Description

    So what is the point of these ‘loading screens’ around? Right after the splash scene. Does it really load things in into cache? I can’t really believe that games around 20-30 megabyte needs to be loaded that way. And what is the code like behind it? Is it useful?

    Well it can be useful. It is generally used to preload certain assets as it helps prevent lag when multiple assets are getting loaded at the same time.
