Sir,

 i have downloaded cocos2d-x-3.4 and extracted it but after that i am getting some files which does not open. One of the file is setup.py. hence, i am not able to INSTALL it.i am using dell laptop and OS microsoft windows8(64-bit). Please tell me how to install cocos2d-x-3.4.
