How to Start?

    Problem Description

    I recently downloaded cocos2d v3.8.1
    And now I am wondering how do I open the application? When I do click the folder a whole bunch of other folders appear

    I also have a Windows laptop if that helps any

    Thank you the video helped, but i have another question

     

    If I download all those files it told me to, would that mean I would not be able to make apps for iOS? Is Android the only app types I am able to make on a windows computer?

    You can’t develop for iOS on Windows.

    So does that mean I need to use Java in order code my program? Or would c++ still be ok?

    C++ is fine but for iOS development you need a Mac
