Cocoshelper - Chartboost - Error + Caching Question

    Problem Description

    Hello SonarSystems – Team :-),

first of all i have to thank you for your awesome work you do! yesx 1000

Here is my problem. I am using your Cocos Helper and integrated Chartboost on Android and iOS (iOS not working at the moment). On Android the interstitial ad is showing, but it is also displaying a native error msg: interstital 'default' request failed impression already visible.

Do you have any idea what this problem causes? I am just calling 1 time the SonarCocosHelper::Chartboost:showFullscreenAd() method.

Next Problem is the loading speed of the interstitial. I saw you use Charboost on your published game “Ninjer” and the ads are so fast. Is there a way to cache the ads? Do you have any kind of tutorial or example to archive that speed?

I saw there is a preLoadFullScreenAd() function, but the implementation just calls the showFullScreenAd() function. So i have no clue how to archive the caching stuff.

I would really appreciate your help :)

Thanks in advance, and i hope you keep doing your good work :)

Does the ad show at all?

Yeah, the ad is displayed and at the same time the error msg pops up. But the ad is delayed without caching, so i call the function after the level is completed and with the delay it sometimes open when u are already in the next level or in the main menu again.

We will look into adding Caching for the future.

Did you cache the ads on your App Ninjer?

Ninjer was developed by another developer.
