    Our partners at Packtpub.com have supplied us with copies of 3 (three) brand new books, which teach you about game development, Cocos2d and Cocos2d-JS, This combination provides you with a great starting point into the world of using Cocos to develop games. The books are even useful for seasoned developers, whom just want to expand their knowledge.

    Hi,

    I use cocos2d-x for all my games and this is why I love cocos.

    -Open source

    -c++

    -Simple and awesome library structure

    -Actions class is simply brilliant. Hands down best I’ve ever seen.

    -Great and consistant updates! :)

    -Its a complete 2d package. from particles to animations to memory management, everything you need is there.

    -and ofcourse multi-platform support :)

    Cocos2d is an amazing tool, for those who like to experiment and develop new ideas. It´s Open Source, and Multi-Platform, and it offers you diferent programming languajes for your development, its just amazing.
