Which folders do you see?

Hey SonarSystems, thanks for getting back to me:

i do have the following folders in my parent directory:

Classes

Cocos2d

proj.android

proj.ios_mac

proj.linux

proj.win32

Resources

.cocos-project.json

CMakeLists.txt

after that, it says in the video to go to proj.android, which i did using the cmd.

from there i dont have a file called build_native.py, but i do have the following files/folders in the proj.android directory:

app – folder

gradle – folder

.gitignore – text documeent

build.gradle – gradle file

gradle.properties – Properties file

gradlew – file

graldew.bat – windows batch file

settings.gradle – gradle file

thats it… also, looking at the video, it says to use eclipse… can i use visual studio 2017 instead?

You can using the proj.win32 folder

Gotya thanks, i will check that folder, but if i want to create a game for android, would that matter if i use proj.win32 or proj.android?

You will need proj.android for android devices, but you can android studio instead
