Is it possible to reduce the font of the overall site?

Also the tables cover almost the entire width of the webpage which doesnot look good at all?

Also the menu that is shown on the main page of sonar learning, there the options look very very big.

Please adjust the size of the things on the webapges of sonarlearning.
